Vacancy - Hospitality Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team here at Spanhoe Lodge. This is a full time position, but only for 30 hours per week average, including at least 1 weekend day.
Spanhoe Lodge is a small family run hotel consisting of 8 guest bedrooms, 2 function rooms, Snooker Room, Leisure facilities and various dining options.
Spanhoe Lodge is a 4 Star Venue with excellent customer service at its core. You will be involved and work in all areas of the business from reception, housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Meeting & Events and Duty Management. Assisting in a variety of duties, which change on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for ensuring our standards are maintained whilst providing excellent customer service.
Previous hospitality / housekeeping experience is desirable, however full training will be provided to an enthusiastic candidate with the vision to become part of our small and dedicated team at Spanhoe Lodge. Ideally demonstrate IT Experience including Microsoft Office applications including outlook, and PMS / EPOS experience are desirable but not essential.
You will have to demonstrate a flexible approach towards days and hours of work including weekends and evening work. You will be a confident team player and reliable and capable when working alone.
Due to our rural location, you will need your own transport.
